VILLA IL COLOSSO - LUCCA AREA

Located near the medieval town of Lucca, built around 1650, Villa Il Colosso is an independent country style villa for 12 people with private pool. The area allows you to explore many places in Tuscany such as Carrara, Chianti, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Pisa, and Siena.

Villa Il Colosso is set over three levels (600m2) and is fully air conditioned.

Ground floor
You will find a Tuscan country style kitchen equipped with four gas burners, coffee machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher with also a table and chairs. Next to the kitchen you will find the spacious dining room for 12-14 people with stone fireplace. The room has views on the outdoor garden area. A laundry room is available with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a powder room with WC.

First floor
There is a spacious living room and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king size bed and marble bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed, a marble bathroom with shower. You will also find a study room with computer and internet access.

Second floor
You will find an entertainment room with satellite TV and DVD player, three bedrooms and a library.

The outdoor area is composed a wide park with lime-trees, oaks, olive trees and aromatic plants, a swimming pool (6m x 12m; open May 3 to September 13 depending on the weather) and a large terrace with gazebo.

Facilities: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, pool and parking space. Cleaning (6 hrs. per day/every 2 days) included in the price. Bath towels changed on Wednesday.
