The Cottage is located in the heart of Maremma, one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, near Capalbio and only 3 km from the sea (Chiarone area). It has a huge and magnificent flower garden of 3000 sqm.

The Cottage is composed of a bright living room with a large kitchen. In this environment, where there is anche a fireplace, you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One of these rooms is in a very airy loft. There is one bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished and it is all very cozy. It's very cool and breezy in summer and warm in winter. It's a place of peace and harmony and is located at a strategic point, in fact nearby you can do many activities in every season. Rome is only an hour and a half away and is easily accessible by train.

Guests have access to the wonderful and huge garden, full of plants, flowers, vines, roses, wisteria, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. This garden is equipped with pergolas, deck chairs, hammocks, a shaded dining area and a barbeque. There is free parking.

Guests are always welcomed by the host and receive information about the home and tips for Their stay. One member of the family is always on site to assist guests in any eventuality. On request, the host can Organise tours or accompany guests around (see below). The adjacent house where lives a member of the family is very quiet.

The district
In the immediate vicinity of the house, just three kilometers away, there is the beautiful and long sandy beach Feniglia (stretches for over ten kilometers); this sea was AWARDED BY environmental associations as one of the cleanest and most beautiful in Italy.
Lands near the house are cultivated with olive trees and vineyards and the landscape is very gentle. Not too far away there is The Possibility of wind surfing and kite surfing, horse riding, hiking, biking, golf, boat trips, spa and wellness centers.
There are good restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine.
