La Dimora del Conicchio, recently restored, enjoys a privileged panoramic position, among vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. It is an oasis of quiet and relaxation, where you will feel enveloped by the typical Tuscan atmosphere, welcoming and genuine. It is the ideal place to spend holidays dedicated to wellness, sport and culture and where you can also enjoy the products and flavors of the Tuscan food and wine tradition.

The interiors, with attention to detail and personalized furnishings, share a sober and refined taste. La Dimora del Conicchio is distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, veranda, a service area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there are: hallway, 3 bedrooms, 1 terrace and 2 bathrooms.

Once you have entered and passed the entrance, you can access the large living room (about 50 square meters), the kitchen (about 30 square meters) and a service room where the boiler, washing machine and sink are housed.
The living room has a ceiling with chestnut beams and has 2 seating areas and a large fireplace.
The kitchen has a long table for 10/12 people and another fireplace.
The kitchen leads to the charming veranda (about 60 square meters), characterized by a warm and enveloping atmosphere.
Also from the entrance, past a connecting glass door, you enter the stairwell and a small hallway where a bathroom and 2 bedrooms ('friendship room' and 'chamber of virtues') face. The 'chamber of virtues' has an en-suite bathroom (green bathroom). The 'friendship room' and the relative bathroom (yellow bathroom) are adjacent.
In the hallway of the first floor overlook a bathroom (heavenly bathroom) and 3 bedrooms ('dream room', 'room of the stars' and 'chamber of secrets').
The room of the stars has an en-suite bathroom (ecru bath) and a delightful terrace on the level.

La Dimora is surrounded by a garden, adequately equipped for guests.
On one side of the house, on the entrance side, we find the panoramic terrace. Beautiful to live at all hours of the day, from the morning for a cheerful breakfast, in the evening for a romantic dinner under the stars.

On the side of the house facing the pool there is a pleasant gazebo with sofa and comfortable armchairs for pleasant moments of relaxation and conversation.

The infinity pool is surrounded by an olive grove and offers the possibility of enjoying romantic and unforgettable sunsets over the Tuscan hills. It is equipped with a trampoline, a steel ladder and a Roman staircase. The dimensions are 6 m x 12 m while the depth is 1 meter for about half the area and gradually reaches the maximum depth of 2.80 meters in the diving area. By the pool there are comfortable sun beds and a shower.

The welcome guests can use, always free, a multipurpose field of tennis and soccer. Possibility to take private tennis lessons on site by qualified instructors (for a fee).
