Located in the Laura area, the most exclusive part of Capaccio-Paestum, it overlooks the pine forest and is set in a peaceful environment. The famous UNESCO-listed Archaeological Park and Temples of Paestum are only a few kilometers away.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests: it features a double bedroom with Smart TV, mini-fridge, and safe; a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds; a living room with Smart TV and double sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware, tableware, and utensils; a bathroom with shower, bidet, toiletries, and hairdryer; a large covered terrace overlooking the pine forest, perfect for meals and relaxation. Air conditioning and heating are provided in all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and outdoor parking. Bed linen and towels are included for every stay.



The twin bedroom and living room are available for bookings of more than 2 and more than 4 guests, respectively.
