Villa Teranga - Swimming pool and beach, sleeps 4/6.

Le Hôme Casamance: Come and enjoy our 6-person Villa "Teranga" with family or friends. This villa, renovated in 2023, is located in a 6-hectare gated community within a lush, fully enclosed, and guarded park, with beach access. It is also possible to rent the entire house (sleeps 14, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens; conditions can be found on the website under "Entire Villa"). The Teranga accommodation includes: Upstairs, two beautiful separate bedrooms, entirely finished in the warm colors of imbu wood (floors and walls), composed as follows: - One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide); - One bedroom with two single beds; the bed frame and headboard can also be joined to form a 1.60m double bed upon request in this room; On the garden level: - A 23 square meter living room/kitchen opening onto the large patio and garden; the living room includes a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. - A large separate bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a toilet; Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The accommodation includes necessary kitchen utensils, duvets, and bathroom essentials, all stored in cupboards. We are also sorry that our first guest was unable to find them and did not ask us where they were, as we are reachable at any time. Guest Access: You have private access to this entire property. The garden has a private exit reserved for you. The patio and garden are shared with the "Kassoumaï" villa. The residence's swimming pool, which you have access to, is located 200 meters from the villa. The condominium also has beach access. Sun loungers are set up and arranged around the pool. A ping pong table is also available. Other remarks: Daily cleaning is carried out except on Sundays. Our manager or we ourselves are available to facilitate your arrivals/departures. A small grocery store is located just outside the residence. Several restaurants are nearby, many of which are open year-round (a list is available upon request from the host). Upon request, the catch of the day, as well as fruits and vegetables from the market, can be offered for sale on-site. Activities available upon request from the host include various excursions: canoe trips in the bolongs (mangrove channels), visits to nearby islands, mountain biking and/or quad biking excursions in the surrounding area, the rice paddies, or on the... Beach. Excursions are at an additional cost. A local dish can be cooked for you in the villa upon request (see pricing with the host). Contacts provided for surfing and quad biking. We can provide you with contact information for punctual and available taxi drivers to take you/guide you on your travels; fares are to be paid directly to the drivers. Car rental is available in Cap Skirring. Transportation: Direct connections: Paris/Cap Skirring from the French All Saints' Day holiday to the end of April, on Wednesdays and Sundays; direct connections to Dakar are possible with and other companies departing from Lyon, Nantes, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, then flight Dakar/Cap Skirring; From Dakar, there are two daily direct flights between Dakar and Cap Skirring, each lasting 50 minutes, with Air Senegal. Air Senegal also offers round-trip flights from Paris CDG to Dakar, 6 times per week in 2024/2025. Air Algeria also offers flights from Paris to Dakar via Algiers, often at attractive fares. Brussels Airlines, Tui fly, and King Royal Dutch Airlines also operate flights from France, as well as from Brussels and Antwerp, and from Geneva, Zurich, and Basel.
