"We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in the villa in Nice in July 2025. Everything was just perfect. Patrick welcomed us at the first day and gave all information about the villa, the closer environment with bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a tram station close to the villa, that brings you directly into the center.The pool area and terrace is really very nice and calm. We very much enjoyed the villa and also Nice as a city."
