Cozy studio for up to four guests, located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift and a shared outdoor swimming pool, just 310mt from the beach. The studio features a balcony equipped with an awning, an outdoor table and chairs. The open plan living area comes with a well equipped kitchenette, two double sofa beds, a full bathroom with shower (curtains), and a laundry space with a washing machine separated by a curtain. No parking space provided.*Pets are not allowed. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
