The property consists of a spacious balcony, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with one single bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with one uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 1km.
