Outdoor space includes 10x10ft deck, chrarcoal grill, propane fire pit circle and private residence lake access trail (.5 mile hike), pet friendly with PRE-approval ( $25 per pet, max 2)

Definitely by car for any excursions, but lake is walking distance.
