Big selling point for this listing is the hot tub, sadly it never worked during my stay. Gave it over two hours to heat up per host's instructions emailed to me. Messaged host about the issue, but she did not respond until the next day and gave no further tips, only repeated the instructions I was originally given. Had it on heat for hours, and it never got up to temperature. Didn't even bother with it on day 2. I expected to be given some type of resolution for this since the listing makes it their main selling point. Instead I got one excuse after another, with straight up lies. All the sudden it takes "several" hours to heat up, which it still never did, but what ever. Its truly sad a business like this one will not make sure the main feature of their property is not working properly. Then fail to make it right. I had photos showing it was not working, they did nothing about it yet, they fail to show proof it was working properly. In addition to the hot tub issues, corkscrew was broken (so much for wine night), bedroom remote had dead batteries, and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Minor issues I can live with, what I can't live with is catching the property manager in lies, contradicting her own heating instructions so she can save a buck. Do yourself a favor, read her rebuttals on any review she doesn't get 10/10 on - defensive and ugly, and that will tell you all you need to know about this property company.
