Main Floor: Master bedroom with King bed, plus 3 additional bedrooms (each with 2 Queens)
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (each with 2 Queens) with breathtaking river views
All 8 bedrooms feature private bathrooms, smart TVs, and individual thermostats

Access the Horseshoe Loop either by walking a short trail to public river entry or renting tubes from nearby outfitters

Amazing House!

This house was amazing and was exactly as described. My friends and I go on a river trip every year. This is our 16th year with the same group of 30 friends. The house fit everyone perfectly. Every four people had their own bathroom and nobody had to deal with bunk beds. The ice maker was our favorite part. The only downfall is the outside porch was pretty small. It came with plenty of chairs but we couldn't all fit out there at the same time. We put corn hole boards down by the fire pit but you had to walk down the steep stairs to get to it, so only a few of us went down there. (Being all over 40... as Toby Keith would say, we aren't as good as we once were. LOL). The float was nice and wasn't too long. We drove to the entrance of the horseshoe and it was extremely convenient to float right down to the house. The only problem with that is, it's the same exit as everybody else on the river so it was very crowded. Half of the group doesn't float anymore so they normally just take chairs down to the river and hang out in the water waiting for us to float down. This year there so many people, it made it impossible for them to do that. So, all in all, it was a great trip and the house is amazing with just minor hiccups.

Great space for a big party - but needs maintenance

This is an unusual property: 8 separate identical bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a huge common space with (what should have been) a first class kitchen. The property is clearly designed for big parties like bachelorette or wedding parties, or (as in our case) a big family get-together. The Whitewater amphitheater is only a few hundred yards away, so a weekend may feature live music (like it or not!). Our stay was marred by poor maintenance: breakers blew multiple times, a dishwasher didn’t work, an oven stopped without warning, and an old hamburger was left on the grill. The management quickly responded to our call — but these conditions should never have been there in the first place. A very nice stay; but I wish we hadn’t had those issues.

Perfect for family wedding

We had 8 adult couples staying there for a family wedding. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and thermostat (which was a huge bonus for a family who can’t agree on temperature)! It could not have been a more perfect set up for us!

Love this House - Great for big groups

This was the second time our annual "5 families" trip stayed at this fabulous house. We had 20 people and it never got crowded. Great kitchen for cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable and spactious. But the very best part of this house is the location. You just walk down and float the Horseshoe. And if you're lucky, the Whitewater Ampitheater across the river has a band and you get free live music. Definately recommend this house!

Great Place for Large Family Events

Was in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect. Great kitchen and family room for gathering with the 30 of us that stayed at the house. Also really liked each of the 8 bedrooms had their own bathroom.

Perfect stay for a larger group or family.

We had a group of 25 and this was the perfect house for The Weeknd! You can’t beat the location and the River access was amazing . Highly recommend. The customer service was exceptional.

Property was exactly as advertised. the ease to river was perfect for my group and the large kitchen/ dinning room made eating together such a great experience. I hope this will be our annually meet place moving forward. Only negative I have is that I wish there were darker curtains in each room. Thanks again

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property! It has everything you need and then some! The industrial size Sonic ice machine is the icing on the top!! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each bedroom has its on en-suite full bath for privacy.

The White House

Everything was awesome! Beds were super comfortable, and having a thermostat in each room was so wonderful! We use fans, so having one in each room was really great. I don’t know if it had been a while since the last cleaning, but I reached down under a bed into a cobweb. That was not good. It would’ve been nice to have salt, pepper, and sugar on hand, but we survived! Overall, we had a great time. It is a beautiful house!

Great property

We booked this for our annual family gathering, and it was close to perfect. The house is very well designed for a large group, with en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, but if you are accustomed to there being pantry staples available, you should know that you’ll need to bring everything with you. . On the plus side, this means that the kitchen is very clean and there plenty of room foe your supplies. Access to the river is great. Our group really enjoyed tubing and just playing along the river. The only drawback was the fact that the house is directly across from a music venue that was in full swing every evening. But the house is well insulated, so the sound level was minimal indoors. All around a great property.

Amazing house, amazing location

Property looked just like the pictures. You can tell it was built to be a vacation rental property. They thought about everything to accommodate a large group. We had 20 people in the house. The location was superb. It felt safe and vacation friendly. We enjoyed being at the end of the Horseshoe floating loop. We did have drunk floaters clog up the banks of the river near the house, but no one tried to access our house. It was a very easy walk to the starting point to float the loop. I recommend bringing your own tube and walking. We listened to a concert one night from our balcony. We walked to River Rose Tavern and Pier Sushi to eat. We are considering going back next year!
