You are home in this SPARKLING CLEAN and completely private cozy 4 bedroom nestled in the heart of Canyon Lake.

Our home is walking distance to the lake with community boat ramp #8.

Just 15 minutes to New Braunfels 20 Min. to San Antonio, 25 Min to San Marcos and 45 minutes drive to Austin.. With many places to visit nearby like: Winmberly, Gruene, Comal Park, Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, Dry Comal Creek Vineyard.

This cozy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house will accommodate your entire family for the perfect vacation. The first bedroom includes a king sized bed with a smart TV and a master bathroom.

The second bedroom includes a king size bed with additional bedding, perfect for children.

The other 2 bedrooms include a queen size bed both equipped with a TV and storage for your belongings during your stay.

Spend your nights in the backyard after a full day of fun at the lake and relax looking up at the stars while staying warm with a bonfire and roasting marshmallows in the open fire.

Guest will have access to the entire home during their stay.

We are not on site but always available though phone or text.

$35 / day per dog for smaller breeds (up to 25Lbs)
$50 / day per dog for larger breeds (up to 50lbs)
No smoking, partying, excessive loud music, no drugs, and no more guest than 10 guest unless you pay the additional fee. The additional fee is $50 per person per night. We have a strict policy on these items and out house rules. Please follow the rules and let me know if you will be having more guests than originally booked. We can allow it but the fee must be paid prior to your arrival.
