Nice location, great view, beds need to be updated
We stayed here as a large group. House has a gorgeous view and it is nice house and great location. I would love to stay here just for view but with a smaller group. It can’t sleep 14 people like advertised, sofa beds are in bad shape and bunk beds can only sleep 2 small kids together so if you are planning 14 people with teens, it is not possible. We were 10 people and sleeping arrangement was a problem.

EXCELLENT!!
I would DEFINITELY rent this home again! It was my husband and 9 teenagers on the trip. The layout was PERFECT for the boys to have their own space with their own livingroom and bedrooms on the lower floor, and the master bedroom was on the second floor so we could have our own space and our own deck to ourselves. The location and view was amazing. The host response was immediate when i couldn't find the access info on my VRBO app. They checked in via text a couple times through our stay to let us know that they are available for anything if needed. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need including plenty of laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and even full size shampoo and body wash in the showers. (Not those tiny hotel size bottles). It felt like we were at home! Just a couple things for FYI... and by NO means a negative comment at all. The top bunk bed is a loose. The kids had plenty of other beds to sleep so it wasn't a problem. It's just to let you know about it. There are only 12 forks. No big deal, we picked some plastic forks up at the store. Again, just letting you know about it. The big decorative boulders on the edge of the driveway made it a bit of a challenge to back out. Moving just one of the boulders on the left side of the driveway would help a lot! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Can't wait to go back again! It was a beyond amazing trip with lots of great times and great memories made!

Girls Trip 2023
The property had amazing views and fit our 8 people comfortably. I would say, though, the cleanliness and decor could be improved. Great seating outdoors and a ton of kitchen utensils. There is a blender, but no pitcher to blend it. Dishwasher just ran for us, so we ended up washing everything by hand- but no real biggie!

Canyon Lake Stay
Great property! Beautiful view and lovely private trail to lake shore. Spacious and great for a family of 12 with a bunch of little kiddos! Defiantly suggest having a baby gate available for families with small kids, but it was a nice getaway!

The view is absolutely amazing
The view is INCREDIBLE, and so is the path down to the lake where we watched the sunset. This is a great house for a group vacation (we were a group of friends, but it'd work for a family as well) because the layout sleeps many people while still giving everyone a good amount of space. There were just some things (the downstairs bathroom door didn't lock, coffee options provided were a coffee maker but no filters; a Keurig machine with no K-cups; and a broken french press, for example) that were minor inconveniences. Other than that, the stay was great. The primary bedroom shower was amazing.

Amazing views!
This was a beautiful property and very relaxing! Only recommendations would be to replace the mattresses on the bunk beds and make them more stable. The hot tub was not working the first time we tried to use it, but the management company came out the next day and fixed it!

Worth it

We had a good time, the house was nice, excellent view and provided more than the basics. The missing start is because of the mattresses in the bedrooms downstairs. Not comfortable at all. Thank you!! <3

Memorial trip for mom
We take a little trip every year for my mom who passed away on July 5th. This house was beautiful. My bad knees made it hard for me to take the hike down to the water but I made it there and back a few times lol. Great House! The view is amazing!

This place was fine
We stayed in the house for a few nights with two families of 4. We had a good time and didn't have any major issues or needs to report anything. The view was nice and the hot tub too. There were a few basics that we've found common in other places were missing from Bella's Cove. Things like coffee filters, leftover containers, foil or plastic wrap, etc. Again, we had a good time, but probably wouldn't stay here again as this place is fairly average among comparable listings.

Thank you for staying with us! We sure do hope that folks come stay at this home for the incredible views and fantastic hot tub and not for amenities or items we actually don’t advertise. Our FAQ includes what comes with the rental and what does not so that guests aren’t surprised once they arrive. We want our guests to know exactly what they can expect and we’ll make sure it’s there!

Great summer stay for 6
Great location! Spent time fishing, LOTS of time on the balconies, hot tub, cornhole, etc. Close to marina, stores, restaurants, & tubing. Wildlife everywhere. Nice inside as well. Had all the amenities needed.

Beautiful view with quite cove to swim in.
We chose Bella’s Cove for our 1st family vacation. We have 6 kids ranging from 6-17. The house was the perfect size for our crew. The “walk” down to the lake wasn’t to bad. The “Hike” back up was another story. The stairs/ walkway was nice but once that ended and it was a nice hike down to the water. It wasn’t a issue, Just want you to know what it will be like back and forth to the water. The kids loved the water it was crystal clear untill they got in and stirred up the dirt on the bottom at least where they could touch. About 12-15 ft. From the waters edge it gets deep and you can’t touch bottom. Make sure you wear water shoes/ old tennis shoes in the water because of the rocks. We fished but didn’t catch anything. The fire pit cover is bent and we didn’t get to use it because they were under burn ban. We were sad about that. The hot tub is new and very nice. It was very relaxing after walking back and forth from the lake a few times. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We grilled hot dogs and Hamburgers. There were pots, pans, mixing bowls tons of utensils. The room down stairs with the 2 double beds seems to be a little warm compared to the rest of the house. They did have a box fan and a small oscillating fan. The one thing I wish we could have changed was the view from the Master was blocked by a few tree limbs. Just a few little limbs trimmed would have made it perfect. Over all we definitely recommend this home. It wasn’t so fancy that I felt on edge having kids everywhere. It felt like home. Maybe if I hit the gym a little more we will be back.

Grilling out with the views and ending the day with a relaxing night in the hot tub is what makes this property so popular! We do encourage our guests to view the photos to grasp an understanding of the walk to the water and experience how much it's worth it! We do understand the disappointment that comes with issuing a burn ban, but ensuring safety is a top priority. With the Texas heat during the summer season, our guests enjoy the shade that is provided by the scenic trees and we do provide additional fans when requested. We hope to have you back catching many fish on the river!

Family vacation
This home has an amazing view of the lake and convenient access to the shore. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. It is a large house and, although we had only 4 people, I could see this a good location for a larger group. Check in was easy and the maintenance company responded to our requests while we were there. The reason for 4 stars is due to the fact that this house and it's furnishings show wear and tear. Plus the cleaning crew needs to up it's game a bit.

Stellar experience!
We came during Winter Break with our young kids and had an amazing time. The home was very cozy, welcoming, and very clean. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked (we love to cook)! We all enjoyed the hot tub and of course the views of the lake and animals couldn’t be beat! We highly recommend this home and would love to come back. We had a fun Hill Country get away and Bella’s Cove was the perfect example of Southern Hospitality.

Great Location-Hidden Gem
We had a wonderful time at Bella’s Cove. The home was perfect with excellent views. The hot tub was awesome and the kids loved all the deer that came by for feedings. Don’t forget to bring apples for them. Great amenities and everything was provided that we could’ve wanted. We used the grill for 3 nights and they even left a new propane tank at the door so we didn’t run out. Access to lake is awesome, very private and beautiful lake color, nice and clear. Don’t think twice, you’ll love it. Just book it, it’s worth it.

Great location! House needs some work
House needs some work on the outside. Hot tub was dirty. No hot water available in the kitchen. Could not reach property manager during the stay. This was once a very nice property, great location!

We appreciate guest feedback, but we also want to ensure that guests know that they can reach us 24/7 and for emergencies, we have an after hours line that rings directly to staff on call. We also have text and email always available. Unfortunately, we did not receive any forms of communication by the guest. We wish we had known of these issues while the guest was in-house, which is what we expressed when the guest wrote to us afterwards. We sincerely conveyed that we would've gladly helped resolved any issues quickly. We cannot know now if there wasn't any hot water in the kitchen because everyone was showering at once or if the hot tub got dirty because as we often find, the cover was left off. It's impossible to know, except that we've not had another guest report no hot water in the kitchen since. Thank you for staying with us.

Bella’s Cove
Bella’s Cove was probably the most beautiful property we had ever seen. The view is GORGEOUS and the house itself is amazing! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! The owners responded quickly to our questions. The only thing we noticed, which wasn’t a huge deal to us, was the WiFi didn’t seem to work and because of that we couldn’t use the TV for our nightly wind down. We will 100% rent here again and are already planning our next trip!

Great family vacation spot
This was our first time renting a home for vacation and we enjoyed it very much . It was a bit difficult to hike up and down with our kids to get to the actual lake but we enjoyed that it was very private . The hottub took really long to heat up and the tv remotes were dead so we had to buy batteries. Also the master tvs sound kept going in and out . Other than that there’s not much else negative to say. Our kids loved everything about it . The view is AMAZING . The top bunk was loose so that worries us for kids safety . The owner was very responsive and even offered us some good recommendations on things to do . Overall a really good experience and will probably book again.

River/lake family fun
Beautiful property. We will differently come back. Has a lot of stairs though if your older or handicapped this house wouldn’t work. We loved sitting on the upper deck looking out at the lake. We brought our kayaks and put them in right there the water is so blue and clear. Great trip just didn’t get to stay long enough
