You will love your stay at this beautiful lakefront property in Texas Hill Country. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a living area, dining area and a large game room with a pool table and one set of bunk beds. This property offers a gated front yard and driveway, a huge backyard with a gentle slope to the lake and access to a pond for fishing. Three backyard decks offer wonderful views of the lake and the stars.

The space
We have always dreamed of owning a house on Canyon Lake. When that dream came true, we decided to share it with the world.

We love the decks in the back of the house. There are two covered decks, one off the downstairs living room and the other off of the master bedroom. The third is an uncovered deck off the upstairs game room. All the decks are well furnished; tables, couches, chaise lounges for your enjoyment. They offer a full view of the huge backyard and the lake. The song is true that the stars at night are big and bright!

The backyard is wonderful. There are many deer in the neighborhood that visit the yard in the mornings and evenings. We have deer corn available for you to feed them! As you walk to the lake you will pass the outdoor firepit and fully stocked wood pile. The walk is a gentle slope ending at a shallow entrance to the lake. This is a great place for swimming and floating. Rent a boat or jet skis on the lake at one of the nearby marinas or bring your own, then beach it or anchor right off the house for easy access.s

The upstairs game room is where we spend our time when we are not in the backyard. A large sectional couch looks onto the 50” tv with satellite and Netflix. The room also has a pool table and access to one of the decks overlooking the lake. What’s not to love?

Amenities:
Basic appointed kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender and basic utensils and kitchen gadgets.

The living room, game room and two bedrooms have tvs with satellite and Netflix. Ample closet and dresser space in the rooms. The game room contains a bunk bed that has a single on top and double on the bottom. Kid friendly with crib, toddler bed, pack and play, and high chair available.

Outdoor games and water toys including tubes for your enjoyment.
