Perfect location for visiting Palo Duro and Caprock Canyon. Very clean with all amenities. Highly recommend!

Three night, four day stay
The house was furnished nicely. It has central air so the house was always the same temperature throughout. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen had the necessary amenities. The only suggestion I have is to put a grab bar in front of the toilet so disabled persons can pull up and have a bar for getting in and out of the tub, I had a challenge trying to navigate, but even with that my husband and I are talking about booking another trip and staying in the little yellow house. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

Cute house, train was disappointing
The house was cute, but we were un able to sleep due to the train that ran multiple times an hour just behind the house. Left a day early and thankfully the host refunded us for the night we didn't stay. First time 20 years of using Vrbo that we've left early.

Visiting the canyon
I loved my stay in this property, which was clean and tidy, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and even though the railroad lines run nearby, one hardly ever hears the trains as they pass through, but sometimes you do feel them. And I thought that was lovely and charming. I would gladly stay here again, and perhaps I will, the next time I come to the area to visit the Palo Duro Canyon.

Simple and sweet
My best friend and I took our second girls trip to Canyon. This little house was perfect. It was nice and neat. The beds were very comfortable. Easy to find and close to local eatery. We enjoyed our stay so much!!

Great little house!!
This is a wonderful little house. It smelled great and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The back yard and outdoor fireplace were great. The awaiting coffee set up was a nice touch. The house is located close to Canyon, Palo Duro and the Panhandle Plains Museum - all great attractions. And don't forget Mickey's - what a great restaurant - thanks for the gift card ~~~

What a great place!
We were only there for a night at last minute but I'd like to get it again sometime to take advantage of the huge fireplace out back! There were plenty of towels and everything else we needed. Thank you!!!

Nice weekend getaway
Really enjoyed our time at Canyon and in this cute house. Super clean and loved that all the fixing for coffee there for us. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

The house was very cozy and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the fresh smell from the diffusers. It was like a home away from home. The one negative were the low limbs on the trees which caught on the antenna on our truck when pulling into the driveway.

This quaint home was perfect. It is centrally located and quiet. It was just perfect. We will definitely book this littlehouse again. Property hosts were beyond exceptional! I highly recommend this rental!

This house was perfect for our week long stay in Canyon. No frills, but was just what we needed as we spent most of our time at my parents house during our visit to Canyon. Really enjoyed the s’mores box left by the host.

Parking as a little tight for a f350 dually to get into, especially if the neighbors have numerous cars parked on the curb other than that it was clean and comfortable stay for our WT campus tour. Would stay here again.

Everything was great! I did have a small concern with the parking. You really have to be careful backing out of the parking spot! The curb build out poses a blind spot and you could easily damage your car.

Would be happy to stay again!
Overall experience was great! Cute decor, comfy beds, nice kitchen that had coffee which makes us happy and it was clean. Loved that it had wood flooring and no carpet. On the downside, no headboards on beds which are up against windows so you are not able to prop up for those of us that like to read or drink coffee in bed. Beds should be moved to wall without the windows. Also, a large house number should be added. Had a little difficulty locating it at first as it was dark and no house number on house or mailbox that we saw. Other then that, would definitely stay here again.

Nice little house
Enjoyed our stay. When we pulled up we were concerned about the railroad tracks right behind and some of the neighboring properties. But glad we stayed. Never heard the numerous trains and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Canyon is a cute little town. We had excellent burgers at Buffs.

Good Fit
Our first experience with a VRBO. It fit our needs well. Close to the college, close to our grandsons apartment. And conveniently located for eating and leaving the area for sightseeing.
