"I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

"We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%"

"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

"The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. "Very Comfortable. Flat was well kept and tidy. Space was perfect for purpose of stay, the kids loved it and felt at home. Only downside was host expected me to do the cleaner's job, do the bins and also put the trash away... I left the apartment as tidy as i can, did the bins but certainly did not take away the trash. However, i would not let that change the fact that i had a pleasant stay and the flat was well looked after."

"Fantastic location, easy access and great communication, however we found the apartment needed supplies such as dish towels, paper towels, a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo also needs a complete thorough cleaning. Surfaces are clean, but the walls and ceilings are very dirty."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property is ideal and in a superb setting. It was clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. We also really appreciated the fact that so many of the amazing attractions in Kent are within easy striking distance. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and informative whilst not in any way encroaching on our privacy. We cannot recommend this property more highly."
