- Family-Friendly & Pet-Friendly: Our home features a family-friendly game room that keeps everyone entertained, along with kid-friendly dishware, a high chair, and a pack `n play for your convenience. We also welcome up to 2 pets, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The spacious backyard is fenced yet has an open area by the patio, making it perfect for both children and pets to play and explore. Doggie poop bags are provided for your convenience.

- Shoes Off Home: This is a shoes off home to help keep the space clean and well cared for. You may want to bring slippers if you prefer something on your feet while inside.

- Lawn Care: The property receives regular lawn care throughout the season, which may take place during your stay. Our lawn care team is mindful of guests while completing scheduled service.

- Train Sounds: Please note that our property is near a train track, so you may hear an occasional train passing some mornings. We recommend light sleepers bring earplugs, but many guests find the sounds soothing and a part of the charm of the area.

- Security: We have two EXTERIOR motion-activated cameras recording audio and video: one covers the front entrance porch, and the other monitors the back shed to ensure safety while maintaining privacy as best as possible. None are monitoring guest common areas.

- Maximum 15 guests allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. No additional visitors.
- Government-issued photo ID is required from the primary booking guest prior to check-in for security and guest registration purposes.
- Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. Extra cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive mess.
- Shoes must be removed inside the house to help keep it clean.
- Do not unplug any electrical plugs or devices; some control Wi-Fi, smart locks, and exterior security cameras.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture, including beds and sofas.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- No parties or events allowed at any time.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of cigarette waste properly.
- Parking is only allowed in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited.
- Trash & recycling: For stays longer than 7 nights, please place trash and recycling bags at the end of the driveway by the street on trash pickup days. We will notify you of the pickup schedule during your stay. For stays of 7 nights or fewer, please leave tightly tied trash bags by the back door.
- Please use the window AC units responsibly: do not remove or move them from the windows, and turn them off when leaving the house to conserve energy.
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately to avoid penalties.
- Commercial filming, live streaming, or photography is prohibited without prior written permission.
- Extra cleaning services requested during the stay or required due to excessive mess, pets, or smoking will incur an additional fee.
