"its a good place to stay for the price. staff is very friendly and they they have put a lot of time and effort into making this property great. it is an old building and there definitely needs to be some upgrades done. if you need a place on a budget its the perfect spot. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was limited but for the price and on a holiday weekend it is more than ok."

"I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel."

"We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 p.m., but when we arrived around 3:45, our room still wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned. "Stayed with a friend after attending a concert. Booked a suite with a separate bedroom. Nice blinds on the window. The bed looked comfortable. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room space and it was the worst sleeper sofa mattress I’ve ever slept on. I could feel every coil. It was in rough shape and needs to be replaced. "Check in was easy, the staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was great. Bottled water was provided at check in. This was perfect for our one night stay. The rooms are on the small side but very efficiently laid out. The bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room which was a nice touch and the bathroom had lots of hooks for hanging clothes and towels. No coffee maker, but plenty of coffee in the breakfast area."
