Perfectly situated in Canterbury at just 500m from the Cathedral, this spacious home comfortably sleeps 4 guests, perfect for families, friends and couples' staycations.

It is named Edwin Bing after the chemist and soda manufacturer who occupied the site where the house was built in the late 19th Century.

Having been completed in 2023 this house has a private parking space with a plug for Electric vehicles.

It also offers a fully equipped kitchen to allow you to make amazing meals, relax and watch TV or play board games in the huge open-plan living room. The peaceful, outdoor area, offers a quiet relaxing space for a cuppa.. or glass of bubbles!

Guests have full access to the whole property.

T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require the completion of our check-in form. This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

LONG TERM STAY CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at additional cost.
