"The location within the cathedral grounds is a special feature. Lovely to wander around in the evening and easy for the restaurants. Breakfast was fabulous with a choice of cooked or a large continental menu. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a smallish double and the shower was adequate but not a huge space. Overall a delightful experience. "

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "

"Great location for me, within walking distance of all the major sites, plenty of dining options nearby, the building itself was a treat! Staff was helpful. I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....

"My husband and I had a delightful stay at this charming bed and breakfast on Saturday night. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped . Perfectly located to explore tenterden on foot. "Difficult to find, on a fishmarket, no way to check in earlier then 3pm (even when the room is ready), but Folkestone is great, that makes it more then okay! Room is small but very cosy. "Saban and Belinda were great hosts. They were very accommodating and paused their laundry so i could do mine between the two different legs of my trip. "Passei um final de semana para descansar e conhecer Canterbury. O tempo influência nas atividades externas, mas dentro da acomodação tudo funcionou bem. Pela distância da cidade, é um lugar que te obriga a fazer todas as refeições nele, não sendo muito em conta, apesar da alimentação ser saudável e gourmet. A equipe é enorme e formado em sua maioria por jovens atenciosos. No fim de semana em que estive lá, o hotel parecia estar lotado, dificultando dividir as poltronas e sofás dos ambientes em comum. Contrasta com a calma do lugar, dando um certo estresse por vc não ter onde sentar e relaxar. O quarto da casa, mesmo com as janelas abertas, era escuro, precisando acender todas as luzes para enxergar melhor. "
