"Fantastic property, we had everything we needed, host even supplied drinking water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, soap everything you could need, very big space, it was Warm and the host was very informative and friendly, only down side for me was the shower, as i am 6"2 and 18 stone it was quite small, my wife loved it though so you cant please everyone, we would visit again for sure."

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . The communication was great ,and the local information provided was very helpful . We would definitely stay here. again "

"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. From an easy access to through preparation and instructions by the host, we enjoyed a quick journey to all the golf courses we were playing and had choices abound for dinner. It is centrally located around groceries, a bank and restaurants. Meticulous inside and well equipped for travelers passing through. Will definitely keep in mind when a return trip to the area happens in the future! "
