"Bed sheets were pilled. Definitely heed the other reviews and get a top floor room. Def could hear someone above. Heard a big thump in the middle of the night."

"Rooms look dated and small, with a mirror that feels a bit creepy (seems like those one sided mirrors). Bathroom is ok. Price is a bit high for what it serves when you compare it to other hotels - since it was only for one night, is ok, but I would not recommend for longer stays."

"Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a continental breakfast; muffins, bagels, cereal. The bagels were soft and satisfying. Hot coffee 24hrs. Microwave in the lounge area but room did have a mini fridge. Will stay here again!"

At that point I no longer wanted to stay so asked for a refund. Staff was outside smoking so we had to go find them between room problems twice. Would not recommend staying here."

"So glad I found this place! Perfect stopping point on my way from Maine to Pennsylvania, located super conveniently off 95. Room was clean and comfortable and every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful. Felt safe even as a solo female traveler, which I deeply appreciated! Included breakfast was great for a quick bite before getting back on the road."

The chairs laid out everywhere were really impressive. Very nice landscaping and piece of property. Staff wasn’t there at desk the. Initially got there to check in at 4pm. Called and she cane right away."
