This fully remodeled 1883 home is the closest Main Street residence rental to downtown allowing you to be able to easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, brewery, shops, and onto the Arkansas river path, park and the Royal Gorge Route Train Station. You will be able to use the Roku tv, or have fun with the old fashioned typewriter and Foosball table. In the backyard soak up the sun in chairs, have lunch on the patio, play corn hole or take the townie bikes down to the river path. There is a fully fenced in yard for your puppy. Please look at the house rules regarding your dog while you are staying. Off street, fenced in, trailer parking included! Bring your boat and dirt bike trailers! Easy to back in from the alley.
