Located on the east side of Highway 101 and just a stone's throw from Tolovana State Recreation Site (as well as a great grocery store!), all you have to do is turn into this quiet neighborhood and you'll begin to feel any tension falling away. Pulling up to the house, you'll find a short driveway with plenty of room for two good-sized vehicles and a nice grassy yard, where you could toss a football or frisbee if you wanted. Plug in your car to the EV charger if needed!

Stepping inside the home, you'll find yourself in a large, sprawling gathering area that reaches from the front of the house to the back. Windows at either end of this area allow plenty of natural light to trickle in, even on those cloudy Oregon Coast days. The first section of this gathering area is a cozy sitting room with love seats and comfy chairs for six adults, where you might find yourself enjoying a morning coffee and a book as the sunrise begins to fill the room and the rest of your crew sleeps in.

The next section of the gathering room holds a lovely dining area with a large table where you might even be able to squeeze in ten people for dinner. It is flanked on one side by a gas fireplace and the other by a corner nook just big enough for a couple of kiddos to crawl up onto the cushioned seat and play cards or read books of their own. The last section of this large area is the living room where you'll find seating for eight adults and a large television where you can settle in for movies on a rainy night. And if tv watching isn't your 'thing', not to worry: there's a great shuffleboard table where you can challenge someone to a game or two while your crew works out the next day's adventures.

Off the side of the living room, the large gathering space opens further into the home's very large kitchen. Here, your group's chef will have no trouble spreading out with their favorite sous chefs and creating a fantastic meal for everyone. The countertops surround a massive central island containing a prep sink and spots for two people to sit and chat with the kitchen crew. The kitchen also features a large gas range with a pasta arm, a spacious refrigerator, a beautiful copper farm sink, a toaster oven and a coffee station.

Between the kitchen and living room, you'll find the back door leading to a beautiful deck with patio seating for eight around the fire pit, a grill and a small picnic table. Off the deck, you'll find a lovely grassy lawn where kiddos can wear themselves out with games of chase before bedtime. Off the other side of the living room and kitchen, there is a large utility room that holds a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a sink, bench and hooks for leaving sandy clothes and beach towels. From the utility room, there's a small bathroom with a shower and toilet.

From the front sitting room, a hallway leads to the home's bedrooms. On the right side of the hallway, you'll find a large shared bathroom convenient to the home's large gathering spaces, which holds a double vanity and tub. Along the left side of the hallway are three of the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, chair, dresser, tv and a nice-sized closet. The next bedroom you reach features a queen-sized bed, dresser, tv and a smaller closet.

At the end of the hallway, you'll find the home's expansive master suite. This beautiful room holds a king-sized bed, large dresser, tv, corner desk, large bedside tables and two cozy chairs. Off the bedroom, you'll find a walk-in closet, as well as the large master bathroom. With a jetted tub, large shower and equally impressive double vanity, you won't find it difficult to relax after a day of exploring.

Nestled between the master suite and the living room, you'll find a sweet little bonus room. Here, a twin-full bunk bed make a great spot for kids to sleep close to their parents, even while having a room all of their own.
