Fully air-conditioned and recently renovated by an interior designer, this charming apartment overlooks a courtyard and offers a very quiet environment. It is located on the second floor, without elevator.

With a surface area of 18 m², this rental comprises :

- a warm and comfortable living room with a sofa bed (160x200) and a dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- Vacuum cleaner, Hairdryer, Iron,
- TV, Wifi,
- Air conditioning.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but numerous free parking spaces are available nearby.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.

A 234€ management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
