Sea Front, 2 Bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 Full bathrooms, 90 sq m (990 sq ft), Ground floor apartment in an elegant 1930`s building. Fully Air Conditioned, free Wi-Fi & parking. Facing the sea, 1km to Palais.

The bedrooms can each be made up with either one double bed or two single beds; the living room has a very good quality fold-out couch bed (a double). We can provide a baby cot & high chair if required.
Excellent decorative order with all modern conveniences (Cable TV, DVD, Stereo CD, High-speed Fibre WiFi internet access).
Large Terrace with full Sea Views, ideal for eating/sunbathing. Terrace table, 6 chairs & 2 sun-loungers.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cannes. Location was perfect. Swam every day! Just in front of the apartment. Everything you need was there. Property manager was very helpful and available. Great time with family. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to all we needed.

Super stay in beautiful surroundings...

I cannot recommend this property more... perfect location very close to Marina/town and congress centre. Unfortunately I had to work at an event but the apartment is a real find. Beautifully appointed and the most lovely beach front terrace... 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for short or longer stays... I will definitely return!

Wir haben den extrem kurzen Weg zum SandStrand sehr genossen! Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön! Wir haben einige Bäckereien in der Umgebung getestet, aber der gleich ein paar Häuser weiter macht die besten Croissants und hat leckere Törtchen. Der Trubel von Hafen, Croisette und Rue Meynardier ist in bequemer Laufnähe zu erreichen, ebenso wie der tägliche Markt, wo man Obst, Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch bekommt. Kleinere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Boulevard zwischen Strand und Haus ist eine Straße mit Durchgangsverkehr, den man auf der Terrasse natürlich auch hört und sieht. War für uns nebensächlich, weil wir in der Stadt direkt ans Meer wollten. Und die Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Rückseite und sind ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sabine empfangen und hatten netten Kontakt mit Cieran! Schade, dass 2 Wochen so schnell vergehen…

Das Apartment besticht durch seien Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Festivalpalais.

Trotz der Nähe zum Festivalzentrum, zur Innenstadt und zum Meer ist das Apartment ruhig und perfekt zum relaxen. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert.

Juste Parfait! On en ferait bien notre pied à terr

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons dans ce logement mais cette fois ci pour 2 semaines et ce fut encore vraiment parfait! Nous sommes un couple avec notre fille de 22 mois (10 mois lors du 1er séjour) et tout est adapté! La terrasse est une pièce en plus où nous y avons installé une petite piscine gonflable largement rentabilisée tant par notre fille que par nous!! L'accès à la plage en 2 Minutes à pied (rue à traverser) est tellement pratique..pas de voiture à prendre ni toute une valise car au pire on retourne à l'appartement! Par ailleurs les chambres sont vraiment bien exposées (côté cour) et donc complètement isolées du bruit! Pour avoir tester toutes les plages de Cannes celle du midi et particulièrement la zone où est située le logement est vraiment bien car par trop grande mais avec suffisamment d'espace, plutôt familiale et calme le top! Et au final l'emplacement allie le calme car pas trop dans le bruit du cœur de Cannes mais en même temps à 5 Minutes de nombreux très bons restaurants et à 10 Minutes à pied de la Croisette!!! Enfin le propriétaire et la personne en charge de l'accueil sur place sont vraiment supers! Disponibles, réactifs et honnêtes! Mon mari et moi recommandons vivement cet appartement idéal pour des vacances plus ou moins longues! Vous verrez vous voudrez y retourner!!

Had a lovely holiday at this apartment . Sabine met us with a warm welcome despite our late check in. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped . It’s very spacious and has a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Beautiful views. The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the famous sights of Cannes and many lovely shops and restaurants . Can’t wait to go back with the family in August

Mediocre condition and cleanliness.

The unit has a bit of clutter and some aged furniture. There were some small ants in the kitchen. The unit faces the ocean with a busy street between the unit and the ocean as depicted on the site. With the patio doors open it can be a bit noisy, but at night with the doors closed and the roll-up metal security doors closed it is quiet. The rail line runs about two or three blocks behind the unit, but noise was not a problem. It is a ground floor apartment and when you leave it is necessary to close the metal security doors that protect the windows. The view of the ocean from the patio is fantastic. The apartment is about eight or ten blocks from the marina area and downtown. The apartment could have been cleaner.

The perfect escape

My mum and I stayed here for 5 nights in September and loved everything about it. The owners looked after us so well and were so informative with recommendations for transport, things to do and beautiful restaurant recommendations. Sabine was so lovely to meet us on arrival. Apt was so well equipped. The location was beautiful - to wake up and have breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was a dream. Very safe and so close to all the restaurants. We loved our morning walks on the seafront and pre dinner drink on the terrace. We will most definitely be returning - next time for longer.

A dream holiday!

Our family stayed at the apartment in late June, early July. It was a trip that we'll never forget. Of course, the beach being across the street was the reason we selected the property but in the end, we would say that it was the apartment itself, and the experience with the owner and local contact that made the trip a success. We can't wait to return. You're gonna love it! We sure did!

A Real Gem of a Property

Had a fabulous time in Cannes, staying in this apartment. Felt like home from home, with all the modern conveniences! The apartment was in a great location, with a generous outdoor space looking directly out to the ocean. We were greeted by Sabine, who was a lovely lady. Very clean, and well presented throughout. A great guide also was provided to help with local supermarkets, and instructions for TV, etc... The owner was most attentive at replying to my questions also. Felt very chilled after a couple of days, first time staying in an apartment. Definitely a better option than hotels. With plenty of dining options within the area. Can't wait to stay again!!

Great Apartment

Fantastic location, the only minor negative was the busy main road which is between the apartment and the beach, although not a fast moving road and does go quiet a tad now and again. It's close to the town centre, a nice short walk along the promenade past the marina, and even closer to some great restaurants on the beach...the Alba was fantastic👍 The apartment has everything you need and has a good private entrance and parking behind secure gates. Both bathrooms are very clean and fantastic and the views are to die for. Sabine who meets and greets you is a gem and arrival and departure was like clockwork.

The perfect holiday property

This is my 3rd year renting this apartment, I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and directly opposite the beach. A short walk to the centre of Cannes. The property is always clean and well looked after.

Great apartment in central Cannes

We spent a week in this beautiful, perfectly tidy apartment with our two kids, aged 3 and 6. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a big, but very neat apartment building. The kids shared one of the bedroom, my wife and I occupied the other one. Each bedroom has two beds which can be configured as a double bed or as separate beds. For me, the bed was a tad bit short, as always due to the French standard length of 190cm, but luckily there are no boards or bars at the bottom end of the bed. Both bedrooms are spacious, have generously sized closets, air conditioning and rolling shutters. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The other bathroom (with the same equipment) is accessible from a small hallway that connects the bedrooms with the other rooms via a door. This door provides reasonable noise isolation towards the bedrooms, so you can talk and behave normally in the other rooms while the kids are sleeping in their bedroom. The living/dining room is has an awesome view of the sea through two big windows. There's air conditioning, TV and a WiFi router. The WiFi is included but not very fast, I did measure about 6 MBit downstream. I can't comment on the TV and the available channels since we did not use it. The two big windows open to the large, south-facing patio surrounded by waist-high walls from where you have an even better view of the sea. Only a road is between the patio and the beach, so one is really close, though there's no direct exit from the patio. The road is quite busy, so it's not really quiet outside. The kitchen is small, but has everything one needs: A fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a stove, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The owner has created a nice "user's manual" for the apartment that explains all the technical stuff. One should really read it since there are some surprising features such as wall outlets that are operated via a light switch and heated anti-fog mirrors. Also there are many valuable hints where to shop and eat in Cannes. All of Cannes is practically in walking distance from the apartment, it's just a few minutes walk to the old port and the Croisette. In the immediate surroundings there are a few restaurants, a pretty good bakery and a park with a playground.

Fabulous bright spacious apartment in Cannes

I can't reccommennd this apartment enough:) You will not be disappointed. I've travelled to Cannes the last 7 years & always stayed in hotels. This year I decided to book an apartment as I was traveling with 3 friends. Looked at many apartments & this one caught my eye:) When we arrived we were met by a meet & greet lady. She had excellent English & showed us the apartment.Myself & my friends were delighted & to be honest we are VERY particular about where we stay. This apartment met all our needs. It's a very spacious, bright & modern apartment with two very large rooms(one ensuite) & a beautiful bright main bathroom.. The living area is very spacious & has many mirrors & lighting giving it a beautiful flow throughout the apartment. The kitchen was great & we used to have our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. The views are breathtaking.You have many restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets etc at your door step. The meet & greet lady recommended many trips, restaurants etc for us to visit & she had it spot on. This apartment is home from home & we could not fault it one bit. Everything you need is in the apartment & we all agreed the beds were so comfortable with lovely fresh bed linen & plenty of fresh clean towels. We had a wonderful 12 days & we all agreed we found a gem in this apartment. We will definitely be returning next year. I feel this apartment is suitable for families, young & old & also groups of friends looking for great accommodation at a very good price. Again I can't stress enough how pleased you will be:) Enjoy.
