Guest access
The guest will have full access to the entire apartment. Each adult guests will be provided with a set of keys including the numerical code for the entry door at the ground floor level.

Please kindly note that this is STRICTLY NON SMOKING apartment.

Out of respect to the neighbors in the building NO PARTIES are allowed. However due to its amazing central location, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs just few steps away.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The maximum allowed number of guests is four. In compliance with our insurance policy as well as our personal preferences, we would like to kindly ask the guests to respect the approved number of guests, both for overnight stays and other visits to our property.

VISITORS
We would like to note that visitors are not allowed and any visitors will be charged as guests whether or not they are staying at the property.
