Melo's Studio with amazing views of Cannes and the sea as well as WiFi

Very nice, completely refurbished studio on the top floor, located in the district of Montfleury of Cannes, overlooking the city of Cannes, the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel mountains.

The studio offers the following amenities among others:

The studio consists of a living area with sofa, combined with a fold-out Murphy bed (160x200cm) for 2 persons and an open, fully equipped kitchen which includes everything for cooking for up to 2 people
A small breakfast counter between the kitchen and living-sleeping area completes the studio.

In addition to crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules), kettle, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave with grill, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bathroom is equipped with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

From the large south-west terrace with sun lounger, table, chairs for 2 people you have a fascinating view of the city of Cannes, the sea, the Esterel mountains and can also enjoy the colorful sunsets.

The light-filled studio offers perfect accommodation for up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd and top floor on the south-west side of the well-kept residence 'Villa Massilia' with a prestigious entrance area. A lift is of course available.

The studio is ideally located in the quiet Montfleury district of Cannes, near the city center, the beaches. Many attractions are within walking distance
- shops and shops (supermarkets open 7 days), local shops with daily fresh and local produce) are about 5 minutes away,
- Rue d'Antibes only about 10 minutes on foot
- Cannes train station about 10 minutes on foot
- Bus number 9 from / to Cannes train station stops in front of the house
- beaches and the Croisette (about 15-20 minutes walk)
- Palais des Festivals (about 1.5 km, about 20 minutes on foot)

The studio can be reached by various means of transport:
- Car: Free parking in the area around the house (non payant)
- Train / Bus: Bus number 9 from Cannes station stops in front of the house
- By plane: Airport bus or train to Cannes train station and then by bus 9

Check in is possible from 16:00 and check out latest at 11:00.
For check in after 21:00 there is an additional charge of € 20
