a living space with a brand-new, high-quality convertible sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV;
a private underground parking space (free of charge);
a balcony/terrace.

The following amenities will be at your disposal: iron, washing machine, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle, and two coffee machines (Nespresso and drip coffee maker).
All furniture and equipment are brand new and of very high quality.
The bathroom has been completely renovated.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
