Located on Boulevard Carnot, close to the Banane district, this renovated studio is an excellent choice for those who want to be just steps away from all major points of interest. Less than 5 minutes from the train station and under 10 minutes from the famous Palais des Festivals, the Croisette with its beaches, as well as the renowned Marché Forville and the picturesque Suquet district. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal stay whether for business or leisure.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
