The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevators (2), it is through, airy, ventilated, no air conditioning, soundproofed (double glazing) and composed
a corridor with 2 cupboards, serving 3 spaces:
- a lounge area with fully equipped American kitchen with 4 induction hobs, microwave + traditional oven, fridge top, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils; the living room has a sofa bed allowing a sleeping area (sleeping 2 places, quality mattress thickness 18 cm). Door to make the living room independent if the sleeping area of the living room is used. TV, free wifi, fan.

The living room gives access to a beautiful loggia terrace with table and chairs for meals, with a beautiful sea view: The fireworks of Cannes, Mandelieu and Théoule are visible from the terrace without moving! - A private numbered outdoor parking lot with coded access is included in the rental: which is an undeniable asset in the middle of the summer season.
