This bright and newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the prestigious Pointe de la Croisette neighborhood — just steps from the sand. Simply cross the street to find yourself on the beautiful Plage Moure Rouge Gazagnaire, one of Cannes` most beloved beaches.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the apartment features:

- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed
- A second bedroom with two single beds (can be combined into a double upon request)
- A comfortable living room that opens into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and relaxing after a day at the beach
- Two balconies — one with a partial sea view, and the other facing the parking area

The building offers private parking, though spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment and shared gardens.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, and coffee.

✹ PARKING - The building has private parking, though spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Additional parking options include:

1) Free and paid street parking is available the neighbouring streets. To know if your parking spot is a paid one look for the signaling `PAYANT` marked on the asphalt
2) The Moure Rouge public parking is just 2minutes away ,next to the little Moure Rouge harbour

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the living room.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival)

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

We have a Check-In process similar to the hotels, everything happens on-line, as we have no physical reception. After reservation, you`ll receive an email from our system called `check-in`, where you`ll have to upload the IDs and provide a credit card. The credit card will be swiped for 1000 eur deposit. The amount is not taken from your account.
The system will release your entry codes only after the check-in process has been fully completed. If the check-in is not finalized and the deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

The apartment is situated in a small residential building, and in order to respect our neighbors, we ask that you don`t make loud noises after 9pm and there are NO PARTIES allowed (at any time of the day).

We also have a strict NON-SMOKING policy in the apartment.

Additional guests (other than the ones mentioned in the reservation) are not allowed. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 65 eur fee/ night.

Early check in / late check out are subject to availability and to an additional fee - please inquire at the time of the booking.

Unauthorized late check outs will be charged the equivalent of one extra night stay.

TOWELS and SHEETS during your stay: One set of towels and sheets will be provided at your arrival and is included in the reservation price. Additional towel or sheets changes during your stay cost: sheets 30 eur/ room and towels 10 eur/ person. This is subject to availability , please check with us in advance of your stay.
Guests are not allowed to take the bathroom towels outside of the apartment, nor use them for the beach/ grass. If the towels are found dirty of sand or grass, an additional cleaning fee of 50 eur will be charged. If the dirt can`t be removed, the full replacement cost of the towels will be charged: 30 eur for a big towel and 15 eur for a small towel.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, to be compensated in case of flight delays/ cancellations. We can`t accommodate refunds or changes in reservations.

FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
Any objects that are forgotten in the apartment by the guests will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or we should dispose of them.
**!! CHECK-IN INFORMATION!!**
All guests must provide a valid ID at the time of reservation, without which the reservation can be canceled.
After reservation, you`ll receive an email from our system called `check-in`. Please submit the IDs there. Also, please note there is 500 eur deposit, that has to be paid through the “check-in” app. The system will release your entry codes only after the IDs have been uploaded and the deposit paid. If the check-in is not finalized and the deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided for an additional fee, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inquire about these options and we will do all we can to accommodate your request.

**!!CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Please turn off the air conditioning in all rooms, close the windows and lock the main door at your departure.
Please take out the trash, too, as it attracts insects and can leave a lot of smell in the apartment! Thank you.

FORGOTTEN OBJECTS
Any objects that are forgotten in the apartment by the guests will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or we should dispose of them. If you wish these to be shipped to your address, there is a 50 EUR shipping fee, plus any other mailing costs. If the amount will be paid via Resolution Center, it will incur additional 15% (Airbnb fee)

Welcome basket available for you at your arrival.
All bed linen are provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels are available for a fee upon request.**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We`ll do our best to assist you during your stay.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:
1) Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00
2) Parties are not allowed (at any time of the day).
3) Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony
4) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 65 eur fee/ night.
5) No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property
6) Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
7) Pets are not allowed at any time on the property

A 200eur penalty will be charge for breaking each one of the house rules listed above.
