PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located on the second floor of a traditional Cannes building (no elevator), the apartment opens into a spacious and bright living area. The living room features a leather sofa, large Smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen—all extending onto a calm, north-facing terrace ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

The sleeping area includes:

- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), Smart TV, and en-suite shower room

- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm)

- An additional independent shower room

- A separate toilet

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
