Villa Ornata A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Villa Ornata A you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Umbrian hills and of Assisi. Villa Ornata A is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area in the garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Assisi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles).
Villa Ornata A is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Villa Ornata A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The Villa Ornata apartments are 10 and are part of a farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The complex is surrounded by a park with olive groves, cereal crops, fruit trees and aromatic plants.


In the complex there is also a reception with a breakfast room where you will be able to enjoy breakfast, on request and for a fee.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 9 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
