The main living area is anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows to fill the space with natural light. A comfortable seating area creates a place to unwind after a day outdoors, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything needed for shared meals and slow mornings.



Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed and its own private bathroom. Tv's, offering privacy for couples, families, or groups traveling together. The Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2( lock off unit) have private balconies to enjoy morning coffee and take in the mountain air, while the larger balcony off the living room is ideal for group gathering, happy hour and BBQ

An additional half bath on the main level adds convenience, while the lofted design and high ceilings create a sense of openness throughout.

Bedroom # 3 is on the 2nd level and is private with its own ensuite however is in the loft

Located in a growing area of Canmore, the home offers a top-floor setting with open mountain views and plenty of natural light. Triple-pane windows help reduce sound, though you may still notice occasional train activity and some daytime construction nearby. The HVAC system runs continuously to circulate fresh air and provides a consistent background sound that many guests find comfortable but light sleepers may want to take note.



This suite is equipped with resort-wide cooling system controlled by resort maintenance. The resort's maintenance team turns on the cooling system in late spring and turns them off in the fall. Temperature dependent.



The outdoor pool and hot tub are shared amenities and available on a first come, first serve basis. Access to heated pool + hot tubs (pool and hot tubs are open year-round unless the temperature drops below -20 degrees Celsius)



One parking stall is included. Visitor parking is available but limited to first come, first serve, with additional paid options available nearby. Guests are responsible for locating additional parking at their discretion. There are designated visitor parking stalls located on the west side of the building, stalls #24 - 34. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
