☆ BEDROOM 2 ☆ The second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with a log headboard, rustic end table, custom dresser with mirror, and double-sized closet.
Both bedrooms contain quality linens, duvets, pillows, Canadian heritage antiques, and indigenous art & crafts.
☆ THE HALLWAY ☆ The hallway features a built-in bookshelf brimming with various paperbacks and coffee table books featuring Canadian and Rocky Mountain art, all of which can be enjoyed while taking in the fresh mountain air on the balcony by day, or cozying up next to the warm fire at night. Also provided for your enjoyment with friends and family are various board games, puzzles, and decks of cards.
☆ BATHROOM 1 ☆ The unit has two bathroom areas. The first one is an en-suite with hot/cold shower stall and vanity.

The condo is situated in a condominium located in downtown Canmore, near The Elevation Place and a close drive of Banff, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.
You’ll be just a… → 3-minute walk to public transit → 3-minute walk to downtown Canmore → 20-minute drive to Banff → Short drive from anything in the Spray Valley → 1 hr 15 mins drive to Calgary and the Calgary International Airport
Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.
The public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.
-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
-The parkade entrance has a maximum height capacity of 6’6”.
-There is an ongoing remediation project in the property until March 31, 2026. They`re expected to do additional work on parapets detail, and the railing manufacturer is to start fabrication of new railings.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
3. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
4. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
5. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
6. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
7. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
