Falcon's Nest, Nest in the Rockies

Falcon's Nest offer a fantastic view of the iconic Three Sisters Mountains, even giving you a sneak peak of Cascade Mountain. This corner unit has a great balcony, where you can enjoy the view while sipping your morning coffee. When it’s fresh, slip inside to enjoy the electric fireplace or to watch TV or complimentary Netflix.
For your comfort, there is 2 bedrooms , king and queen size, comfortable linens, and access to their own bathroom. You will get immerse in a local experience with natural and locally made shower products from Rocky Mountain Soap Company.
The foodie in you will be well serve. The kitchen has everything you need to cook amazing meals, including spices. You’re a grill fan? Enjoy a BBQ available on the common patio, and bring it back on your balcony where you will find chairs and table for the happy hour. For deeper relaxation, there is the pool area and hot tubs, open and heated year round.
Would you like to have a 6-packs in your fridge when you arrive? Make sure you read the fine prints.
As a bonus, we provide a Discovery Pass during your stay. This pass gives you access to all national parks, including Banff National Park, as well as access to some places within the park that usually require an admission fee. We do everything possible so you have the vacation you’ve been dreaming of.

Where is the property?
This property is in Blackstone Mountain Lodge, one of the best in Canmore. Canmore is at the doorstep of Banff National Park. It is a 15 minutes drive to the town of Banff.

How far is it from downtown?
The condo is 10-15 minutes walk to Main Street. It is a very pleasant walk on a multi use path (bike and walker).

What are good places to eat around?
We offer a restaurant guide for our visitors, filled with our favorite places in Canmore and Banff.

What can you do in this area?
Lots! Plenty of activities for all kind of people. Sightseeing (a lot of it!!), hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, climbing, fishing, scrambling, skating, mountaineering, shopping... One trip won’t get you through all of it!

Who are we?
My name is Rob, and my wife is Martine. I came to the Rockies for a summer camp in 2000 and 2001. I immediately fell in love with the area. I took my wife on a road trip in 2004 and she had the same reaction. It took us 10 years to finally leave the province of Quebec and cross the country with our 3 young children to start a new life in Canmore. Since 2014, we call it home. We love to explore those mountains by foot. We’ve scrambled a few of them and are always looking for new peaks to explore. We now have a furry friend that follow us everywhere, Bernie. You can see him on some pictures. We’ve been sharing our passion for the mountain with our guest since 2015. It’s been an incredible journey that brought us to meet some amazing people.

Peace & Comfort in Canmore

So glad we found this quiet, supremely clean and comfortable Canmore condo. It was easy to take a shuttle to Banff, and we loved the town of Canmore (found some amazing restaurants!) Our Nest in the Rockies hosts provided those special little touches that make a vacation memorable...along with the stunning views.

Beautiful View of the Three Sisters!

Beautiful view of the Three Sisters mountains from this condo! You won't be disappointed in this condo or the attention to details by the owners. We really loved the space and it was well stocked with nice dinnerware, glasses, cups, teas, coffee, etc. The owners provide very specific instructions which proved to be clear and helpful. Only improvement suggestion is to change the brand of the provided toiletries--we simply didn't like these as well as everything else.We'd definitely stay at this place again. Thanks much to Robert and Martine!

Couples’ getaway

My goal was to find accommodation suitable for two couples. Easier than it sounds, but this unit was the perfect fit - with two bedrooms, large beds in each room with an attached ensuite for both. As well, the living areas are LARGE, with multiple seating areas where we could choose to sit together or find somewhere for some alone time. The kitchen is perfect for two couples - we never ran out of mugs, or coffee, or tea. A lot of thought went into this unit. There are mountain views from every window, and the blackout curtains blocked out the outdoor resort lights. A convenient heated garage, and a short walk to town on well maintained sidewalks and streets. We loved it here!

Clean, spacious, resort-style amenities. Great stay in winter!

Our family of 4 stayed in the condo for our ski vacation and had an amazing time. It's hard to list all the positives, but I'll give it a go. First, it's a corner unit which means it's spacious and has amazing views. The property was spotless and furniture was fresh and clean. Everything was tidy and free of clutter. Robes are provided for the hot tub along with pool towels. Garage is heated and has a car washing area. Within a 9 minute walk you can get sushi/noodle take out, ice cream, coffee and items at a convenience store. The condo is walking distance to town in warmer weather but town is easy to drive to and park. We met the BEST people in the hot tubs after skiing and kids were swimming like crazy in the heated outdoor pool. The kitchen has everything for a meal at home. Ample room for shoes in the entry with a bench and closet. Futon in the hallway is great for lounging too. Park pass is left in the kitchen for use. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent, condo was very quiet despite being Christmas holidays. Easy walk to town to enjoy the sites of Canmore. Online guest book was handy if we needed to look something up while we were on the road. Would definitely book again!

Fabulous Place!

My family of 5 greatly enjoyed this place! Robert was a wonderful host and made everything seamless. The place was spotless, large, and had everything we needed! Our kids could space out and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio looking out at the mountains. Location was ideal for cannmore as well as getting to Banff. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely say again. Thank you for a Babylon’s stay!

Convenient and Comfortable

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Robert’s place was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The located was perfect for our vacation and exploration of Banff and Lake Louise. Access to the hot tub was rejuvenating after a long day of hiking. And the nearby restaurants were delicious. This area has a lot to offer. I would highly recommend booking with Robert.

Mountain Getaway with Space to Spare

We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Great location, we walked to restaurants and shopping and beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset! Owner was quick to communicate with me when I had questions. Lots of living space, we had my cousin and her husband over one evening to play games and enjoy a relaxing visit. In suite washer/dryer which we didn't need but nice to know it's there for future stays. We couldn't get the coffee maker working and the owner offered to come that day but we declined as there's a coffee shop right around the corner. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay and explore the beautiful town of Canmore!
