Getting around To truly experience Canmore, having your own vehicle is best but there's also a local Enterprise if you need to rent a car! However, our home is located near the heart of downtown (a quick 8-10 minute walk) and is very close to many restaurants and activities with a 5 minute radius!

We have underground parking for 1 vehicle but there's also ample free parking in the front vestibule area of the Grande Rockies Resort.
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ★ Please note that there will be overnight supervisor on site to provide support for both guards and residents/guest and to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns that may come up overnight.
★ Please be advised that on Monday, October 20, 2025, Wildrose Electric will be onsite to install the heat trace cabling system on the hot tub exterior roof. The hot tub will be closed for the day at this time. The pool and wading pool will remain open.
*Pack & Play Policy* If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.
Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the suite which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close to everything.
The only issue was that the pool and hot tubs were under maintenance so we were unable to use them.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
