This privately owned one bedroom loft condo with stunning views of the Canadian Rockies is situated on the top floor of the Cougar Lodge (in The Lodges of Canmore). Less than a 10 min. walk downtown, only 8km to Banff Nat. Park, and short drives to Lake Louise & more, this newly remodeled, bright condo features brand new everything (from cookware to the en suite washer and dryer) to make your stay a fantastic one. Perfect for a romantic getaway, friends on vacation, or parents with children.

Recently purchased and redecorated by an American couple who fell in love with Canmore and the Canadian Rockies on their first visit. Canmore is only 8km (5 miles) to the border of Banff National Park and short drives to all the amazing sites of the region (Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Sunshine Village, Castle Mountain, Sulphur Mountain, the city of Banff and the Icefield Parkway.) This small community boasts some of the most amazing mountain views in the area (Three Sisters, Ha Ling and Grassi Peaks, Mount Rundle etc.) and is far less chaotically crowded than nearby Banff. Dining in Canmore is fantastic as well.

This completely renovated condo is in pristine and immaculate condition with all your needed comforts. Underground carport parking is provided with every stay. A short list of some of the brand new items provided are: gas BBQ grill, convection toaster oven, coffee makers (drip, Keurig pods and French press), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, dvd player, blender, vacuum, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, memory foam mattress, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, all bed linens with extra new blankets and pillows, kitchen utensils from a lemon zester to ice cream scoop. Guests can use the pool, multiple spa hot tubs, exercise rooms, parking structure and more at the Lodges of Canmore facility.

While this lodge also functions much like a hotel, many of the condos are privately and permanently owned with residents using the lodge as their primary residence. I am your host - the lodge is not. Guests will get their keys from the front desk and general information about the facilities, but I and a local concierge service are available 24/7 should any issues or special needs arise during your stay.
