"It’s a beautiful hotel,clean, well organized and attentive staff. However, rooms near the street was extremely loud. Trucks, jeepneys passed by interrupting sleep. We will select inner side rooms if we stay in this hotel again."

"The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it."

"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."
