"The house is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach where you find an incredible lagoon. The way down may be a little difficult in flip flops but is worth the effort. You can find everything you need in the house and the communication with the owner works well. If we needed help or had any questions he answered them and helped us. "Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war überwiegend sauber (ein paar fremde Haare im Bad) und die Minibar netterweise gefüllt, ebenso Kaffee-, Tee- und Kekse vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war...

"Das Haus ist wirklich toll gelegen. Es sind 5 Ferienhäuser in der "Anlage" . Von dort führt ein kleiner Weg hinunter zum Strand, der aber auch für Kinder (unsere waren zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes 3,4,6) gut begehbar ist. Der Strand ist quasi nur über diesen Weg oder übers Wasser erreichbar, daher hat man hier seine Ruhe und ist mit Glück sogar alleine. "Packed apartment for a family of 4 but it just fits with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Very nice big swimming pool and just cross the street to go to the beach and walk in 30 minutes to the Scala dei Turchei. If you have a 1st floor apartment on the 'backside' of the accomodation be aware of the street noise and that you have to climb stairs to get in your apartment."

"The villa is beautiful, lovely inside and out. Very spacious and it really has everything inside you could need. The pool area is very large and the pool is large and beautiful, our only issue was the lack of workable umbrella stands as there is no shade around the pool until about 4pm. We didnt find too much to do local to the villa, there is a nice restaurant (La Taberna) in rucalmuto but we drove to San Leone, which had an array of resturants and beautiful beaches and just 20 mins drive...

"Sehr liebevoll gepflegte Anlage in absoluter Ruhelage - nur das Rauschen der Palmen und das Gezwitscher der Vögel! Am Wochenende ist der Strand zwar etwas lebhafter. In der Bucht finden sich aber auch private Plätzchen, sodass man dort den Sonnenuntergang fast ungestört genießen kann. Oder man nutzt am Wochenende den gepflegten Pool, um ungestört zu bleiben. "Suite aux avis lus, nous nous attendions à mieux ! Notre logement était plutôt grand, 2 chambres avec une salle de bain et un 2eme toilette mais la cuisine était petite. La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d’être changés, un des feux de la plaque à gaz avait l’allumeur hs, le matelas du grand lit manquait vraiment de fermeté. "Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

"The "issue" with such a welcoming home is that you have to chose between staying in the hamoc, or lying in a comfy chair and visiting the external beauties of Sicilia! Lucia's home is a perfect stay for people visiting the area: 25min from the Villa, 45min from the Valle dei templi, many beautiful views of the surrounding nature... The house is well equipped and furnished, and so lovely to stay in. Thank you again for the warm welcome and all the details, Lucia!"
