Regarding to our staff's report, while you stay you only requested for female maid to enter your villa and we did exactly as per requested. Also about non-privacy that you mentioned, it supposed not to happen as The Imperial Villa you stayed in is the most huge villa with a full privacy than the other. About the noisy it might be coming from next door villa which is not our villa, we really expected you to inform us your complain on the real time thus we can ensure that you get what you expected.
