A beautiful 1 bedroom villa in natural colors and a feel-good ambience in the middle of trending Canggu! Tucked away in a small street, just minutes away from the best cafes, restaurants and bars in the cool surf town Canggu. Also the best waves are reached in minutes by bike or walking.
The space
The bedroom offers a direct view on the pool and garden, jump in the refreshing pool straight from your bed in the morning! The en-suite bathroom is outdoor and offers you a freestanding bathtub to relax and have some downtime under the stars. The bedroom also consists of a small desk and a built-in wardrobe for your personal belongings.

The spacious open living room is a dream come true and you will feel comfortable straight away! The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all you need in order to prepare your favorite dishes and drinks. A sunken dining area is facing the pool and gives an extra cool feeling enjoying your meals or drinks.

A comfortable large lounge area in the living room will be your favorite spot to relax and enjoy your time during the day or in the evening. Wooden stairs lead you upstairs in the mezzanine part of this villa, where you will find another desk and a large TV and couch.

The pool area is the perfect hangout spot during the day with a large and comfy day bed, outdoor shower and a beach part in the pool - the perfect spot to tan, relax and read a book.

Our staff will come daily to clean the villa and the villa manager will assist you with any questions that might arise during your stay. He will assist you with tips for the area and day trips, car/scooter rental, laundry service and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him during your stay.

Other things to note
The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

** Please note that only drop-off from online taxi companies are allowed in the neighborhood. Should you wish to be picked-up our villa manager will be happy to assist with your request. Local authorities do not allow pick-up in the area from online apps**

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included and a personal Chef is not available, but the villa is within walking distance to many restaurants.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is with maximum 2 persons
