This one bedroom pool at Makia Penthouse sits right in Batu Bolong, one of Canggu's easiest neighborhoods to walk around in. It comes with its own private pool, private living room, a kitchen, and a game corner with a console, football table, and a 65 inch TV, so you've got plenty to do without ever leaving the room.
This room is located on the 3rd floor of a house with multiple units, and guests here get to enjoy full private access to the kitchen, living room, pool, and game corner throughout their stay. These spaces are exclusively for this unit's guests and are not shared with other units in the building.

The living room gives you a quiet space to relax, and the kitchen is handy for making your own coffee or a quick meal. The game corner tends to be where guests spend most of their downtime, whether that's a match on the TV or a round on the football table. The bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and just outside is your own private pool for cooling off whenever you like.

You're a short walk from Batu Bolong Beach, with cafes, surf spots, and beach clubs all nearby. Umalas and Pererenan are close by scooter, and Seminyak isn't far either.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing. The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you're there. The staff can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Parking is available for scooters only. The bedroom is air conditioned. Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time - bats, lizards, bugs - all completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The villa does not have a generator, so in the rare event of a local power outage this is outside the host's control.

*Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm using the keypad.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : The base rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional bedrooms are available within the penthouse, please contact us for the price and availability.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
