Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Interaction with Guests:
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything!

The Neighborhood:
The villa is set in a secluded and quiet area of Canggu with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches.

Much of the area features serene, undulating terrain with rice paddies that typify much of south central Bali. If beachside living in Canggu is what you’re after, look no further!

Getting Around:
Being strategically located in Berawa main street, restaurants are mere steps away from the Villa.
Taxis can be hard to find in this area and most travel tends to be by private car or motorcycle.
So if you need a transport, or rent a scooter, just let the Villa Manager know and we will get it ready for you.

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person, adult and/or additional extra bed are not possible,
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,
- Parking available for scooter only.
VILLA MARTINI is located in Jalan Pantai Berawa, Canggu.

The lane is right next to IBUBUMI Bali store.
Once you enter the lane, turn right, and turn left.
Go straight until you find a complex with black doors, give our Manager a call to notify them you have arrived at the Location.
