Great holiday home in Cangas, Rias Baixas Gallegas. Located in a private estate of approx 1000m2. Landscaped, access is by a private road without traffic, so there is no noise and it is a quiet area just 100 m. from the beach of Rodeira and 300 m from the center of the Villa de Cangas in which there are all kinds of services, with shops, supermarkets etc.
The house consists of two floors communicated internally by a wide shot of stairs, which make it a single duplex while maintaining its separation. The entire property is rented.
On the first floor is the kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms with double bed, outside there is a porch terrace, a back terrace with a small barbecue, parking for two cars and the large garden.
On the upper floor there is a full bathroom and four rooms with capacity for 6-8 people. Bed linen, towels and all the utensils and utensils necessary for a normal life according to the number of people are available.
The house is rented completely by seasons following the current rental regulations, the cost of water and electricity is included in the price.
The house has a heating system by means of a gas-oil boiler and hot water radiators. Heating costs (when used in winter) are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately according to gas oil consumed.
