"We thought the cottage was quiet and secluded. Everything was easily accessible and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The firepit was far enough from the house to not make everything smell Smokey. Wildlife was beautiful to include a skink (lizard), deer, cat and a screech owl at night. The Lakeside Cafe at the end of the road was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were amazing and cinnamon rolls and breakfast casseroles were scrumptious before heading out to the caves. "

The highlights for us were the private decks and lake views, direct lake access, and the large supply of lake gear that included life jackets, water shoes, a large water mat and a baby float. "House is super clean. They have everything you would need: soap, towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, etc. Their communication was quick, we didn’t realize we had a time change with our stay and they answered right away and let us know the house was ready so we could check in early. Would stay again. "

"The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. "
