The property includes a main living area with a lounge (sofa and TV) open to a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and oven. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom, and a separate WC. A third independent bedroom with a double bed completes the accommodation.

Highlights: a large private terrace with no overlooking neighbours, perfect for meals, breakfast, aperitifs, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting.

The free “Canet’on Bus” shuttle serves key areas of Canet-en-Roussillon, from Vert Vallon to Canet Sud, passing through the village, harbour, and beach centre. A stop is located just a short walk away, with service every 30 minutes.

Optional services: Bed linen is not included but can be booked in advance and collected at key handover: double bed kit €12, single bed kit €9, towel kit (one large and one small towel) €8. End-of-stay cleaning can also be arranged through the agency.
