Our pets friends are accepted on request.
Bookings are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am

Possibility to book on site, access to the club "MALIBU VILLAGE" adjoining our residence, near the agency located in this holiday village standing. This is the same agency that will give you the keys to our apartment when you arrive.

We OFFER you more 50% on the price in force:
Adult: 17. 5 euros the week instead of 35 euros
Child from 3 to 12 years: 7.5 euros per week instead of 15 euros, free for children under 3 years

This option will give you access to the MALIBU VILLAGE complex:

- 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, 1 squash court, 1 basketball court, 2 ping-pong tables, etc.
- Free access to the Olympic-size pool opposite (1 outdoor pool and 1 indoor heated pool, jacuzzi),
- 1 launderette (token system),
- Wellness center offering beauty treatments for a fee, including massages
- Snack bar, restaurant, grocery with breakfast on the terrace,
- in JULY / AUGUST: at the kids' club, with animations including aquagym, Zumba ... and themed evenings.

The apartment consists of:

- an entrance with cupboard-wardrobe (iron and ironing board, clothes rack, parasol, brooms, 2 folding chairs),
- a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet,
- a separate bedroom (with a 160 cm bed that can become 2 beds of 80 cm and a wardrobe),
- an air-conditioned lounge (with 1 BZ two people + BZ a new person), flat screen TV with TNT,
- An incorporated kitchen and equipped with nine: table and 4 chairs, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, sink, oven and cupboards with crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- a large terrace facing SOUTH not overlooked overlooking garden with table, umbrella, 4 chairs, 2 sunbathing and electric barbecue.

The apartment is located in the residence EUROPA (formerly Jamaica of the MALIBU complex).

Quiet, no car traffic inside, trees, fenced and secure, with outdoor parking; swimming pool and young children's pool fenced and secure; 1 tennis court overlooking the nature reserve, all in FREE access.

5 minutes from the sandy beach, connected to the departure of the residence by bus, shuttle / tourist train, bike paths.
Residence facing the Olympic swimming pool, less than 500 meters from shopping centers and restaurants.
Spanish border just 40 km.

TO COME: Motorway A9 and doubled way until the entry of Canet, a city bus connects the TGV station of Perpignan in Canet-beach (stop located 100 m of the residence). The airport is 15 km away.

We require a deposit of 25% upon booking, with return of the signed contract and the balance 1 month before the start of the rental.
Tourist tax included in the rental price.

Deposit required, and not cashed, when handing over the keys: 300 euros.

Small pets accepted on request.
