DESCRIPTION OF THE SURROUNDINGS:

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Canet de Mar, where you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants with an excellent gastronomy. Also at 2 minutes walking distance you have the municipal market, small stores and supermarkets and bars where to have some tapas and a good ice cream!

Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to go sightseeing both in Barcelona capital and in the Costa Brava. You can move comfortably to Barcelona center by public transport, (the train is located less than ten minutes walk from the house and with a high frequency of transit) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, as 30 km away is already in the town of Lloret de Mar.



HOW TO MOVE:

The house is located 40 km from the center of Barcelona, 50 minutes by train (Plaza Catalunya). At 45 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Perfect location for sightseeing in the city as well as to enjoy the coast of Maresme and the Costa Brava.

We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property. We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay. Thanks for your consideration. Parties are not allowed. People not listed in the booking are not allowed. People under 25 years old cannot do the check in.

A municipal parking lot is available a 5-minute walk from the property for an additional fee. Parking can be arranged directly at the lot upon arrival.
